Dedicated Account Manager
ACH understands the inmate population has diverse needs. We are here every step of the way to make sure treating them is seamless for you as the provider. ACH provides a dedicated account manager for each institution to act as your liaison. This account manager is your point of contact for all things related to treating the inmates. From scheduling and security questions to billing and contract management, the account manager has you covered.
Security Measures
ACH wants you and your team to feel comfortable. We will work with you to set up any special arrival protocols to work best for your office, such as using an alternative entrance or having officers call at the time of arrival.
Timely Payments
ACH ensures all our providers are paid timely and correctly in accordance with our negotiated contract.
Scheduling and Communication
ACH will send secure communications regarding orders, prior medical records, new patient paperwork, imaging discs, and any requested lab reports prior to the patient’s appointment. This will help to reduce the paperwork needed and wait time once an inmate arrives at your facility. Once an inmate has been seen, ACH will be your liaison with the prison to coordinate any further medical care needed.
